BY SUBMITTING YOUR STORY (AND OTHER MATERIALS) FOR CONSIDERATION FOR PUBLICATION IN THE NEXT EDITION OF 101 KRUGER TALES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I understand that the process of putting the book together may take a number of years and that the Publisher cannot say for sure whether my story will be included until the very end.
I understand and agree that my story may require edits, additions, deletions, rearrangements, embellishments and/or translations to bring it in line with the overall style of the book.
I grant non-exclusive permission for the Publisher (listed below) to include my Materials (ie. my story and/or photos/media) in the Publication (titled below), as well as all future editions and/or variations of the Publication.
I allow The Publisher to distribute or sell this Material as part of the Publication in any media format. I also grant The Publisher the right to publish promotional portions from the Publication, which may include my Materials, in any media format.
I grant the Publisher the right to translate the Material for any alternative language versions of the Publication.
I understand that the Publisher cannot guarantee the publication of my Materials in the Publication.
I undertake to seek no remuneration from the Publisher or any third party, being content to have my Materials brought to the attention of the public by way of the Publication in whatever manner the Publisher considers best.
I verify that I am the sole owner of copyright in this Material and/or have the authority to grant the permission herein set out.
Where photographs have been submitted (or consent given for screen grabs to be obtained from video) I warrant that all persons pictured and directly linked to me, including minors, have supplied me with consent to include the images of them in my submitted Materials. Where the photograph includes me, I consent to the same.
I warrant that the Materials do not contain any unlawful statements, and do not infringe any existing copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other third party right, nor constitute a defamation of any person, entity or product.
All rights granted by me herein shall be made binding on any successor to my position reflected in this document. I also understand that the Publisher shall have the right to assign any or all of its rights herein to any person, firm or entity.
